Before You Contact Us

Here are answers to some common questions we receive:

"Is this calculator accurate?"

Our calculator uses the same formulas employed by fertility clinics worldwide. For a day 5 blastocyst transfer, gestational age at transfer is 2 weeks and 5 days (19 days), and your due date is 261 days after transfer. These calculations align with standard obstetric dating conventions. However, your healthcare provider may adjust your due date based on early ultrasound measurements. For more details, see our About page.

"Can I use this calculator on my website?"

Linking to our calculator is welcome and appreciated—feel free to share the URL with others who might find it helpful. If you're interested in embedding the calculator directly on your website, please contact us first to discuss permission and proper attribution.

"I found a bug"

We appreciate bug reports and want to fix issues quickly. To help us investigate, please include:

  • Browser and version (e.g., Chrome 120, Safari 17, Firefox 121)
  • Device type (e.g., iPhone 14, Windows laptop, Android tablet)
  • Steps to reproduce the issue (what you did, what you expected, what happened instead)
  • Screenshots if possible—they help tremendously

"I have a feature request"

We welcome suggestions for new features, additional calculator tabs, or improvements to existing functionality. While we can't implement every request, we carefully consider all feedback when planning updates. The more specific you can be about what you'd like to see and why it would be helpful, the better we can evaluate the suggestion.
